There are many upstanding manufacturers that strive to make high quality, safe, and defect-free products for consumer use. However, there are also certain products that, due to a flaw in the manufacturing process, or due to a defect in design, pose serious, even life threatening hazards to consumers like you and me. Such products range from defectively designed cars that that roll over and do not protect its occupants, to baby cribs that can cause horrific injuries and even death to innocent infants.
If you believe you or a loved one has been injured by a defective or dangerous product or device, please call my office at 1-800-738-4046. We will do our very best to investigate your case, and to help you or your loved one.
