Our Attorney

Since 2001, W.T. Johnson has limited his practice exclusively to the representation of injured individuals in personal injury litigation.

W.T. Johnson received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1978.  He was admitted to practice in Arkansas in 1978, and he is a former felony prosecuting attorney in the 6th Judicial District of Arkansas. 

W.T. Johnson was admitted to practice in Texas in 1984 and is currently a member of the Dallas Bar Association.  He is a former chief felony prosecutor of the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.  While at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, W.T. Johnson worked in various sections of the office, including consumer fraud and commercial fraud in the specialized crime division.  He was also the District Attorney advisor to the Dallas County Grand Jury.
